This past Wednesday, Mrs. Roundy was back in our classroom teaching us all about color theory. We started with a great experiment where we mixed different food coloring colors in a mason jar to see what the outcome was. As the experiment was taking place we also tracked the results on our own worksheet with colored pencils. After, each student picked a color to focus on (primary or secondary color) and searched high and low through magazines to find different shades of that color. They then cut out those shades and pasted them to a piece of paper. Their creations turned out extremely unique and creative. I love them! Thanks again parents for sending in the old magazines :)
